Indigenous Community Legal Clinic
Supervising Lawyer
I am a Supervising Lawyer for the UBC Indigenous Community Legal Clinic, as well as the UBC Law Students' Legal Advice Program. I supervise law students working on legal files in the areas of Indigenous/Aboriginal law, human rights, residential tenancy, employment, small claims and wills and estates. I also teach a course at UBC connected to my clinical and do some work with the Community Legal Assistance Society providing free legal advice and representation to people caught in the mental health law system. I am passionate about helping people and addressing systems of oppression and marginalization in our society.
