Sources Community Law Clinic
Manager & Senior Lawyer
#105 - 13771 72A Avenue Surrey BC
I have practised administrative law in BC for over 30 years in both public practice and private practice, specializing in human rights and labour law. I also served on the BC Labour Relations Board as a Vice Chair. I am currently heading up one of the regional Law Clinics created by the Ministry of Attorney General in 2020, and funded by the Law Foundation. The Clinic is housed within Sources Legal Resource Center in Surrey BC.  The Clinic provides free legal services to low-income individuals living in the Metro Vancouver areas. We provide services to individuals dealing with the myriad of adminstrative tribunals that most folks will have to interact with during their lifetimes such as the Residential Tenancy Branch, the Employment Standards Branch, the Human Rights Tribunal, the Workers Compensation Board, the Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal, the Civil Resolution Tribunal. We also will take on a Judicial Review of an administrative tribunal decision that is incorrect or unreasonable or resulted from an unfair process.
