Chair yoga class

This simple and easy-to-follow class will guide you through straightforward stretching and movement exercises that you can do from your desk to ease tension in your body, to decrease stress and anxiety, and to increase well-being, energy and focus throughout your workday.
The class will include information on proper posture and breathing techniques to promote proper circulation, to develop a calm and clear mind, as well as to decrease the impact of common workplace health concerns (i.e. carpal tunnel syndrome, lower back pain, etc).
