MWC Staff Lawyers Natalie Drolet and Ravneet Riar will present a webinar on the following topics: updates to temporary immigration public policies during the COVID-19 pandemic, the vulnerable worker open work permit program, and pathways to permanent residency for temporary foreign workers. The webinar will also provide a brief overview of Employment Standards in BC with a discussion of promising practices for preparing complaints for temporary foreign workers.
