his session will explore the many challenges faced by tenants living in rental units run by non-profit housing providers, including jurisdiction of the Residential Tenancy Branch, prgram agreements, guest restrictions, subsidies, standards of maintenance and quiet enjoyment. We will also share some of the challenges and strategies we have developed to respond to some of these issues.
