PRE-READING: Please read the Fact Pattern attached below before the session.

https://us06web.zoom.us/j/88979597005

In this session, you will have the chance to fill out the new provincial court forms with the support of a lawyer based on a fictional fact pattern. We will meet as a large group for some high level introduction and then break into smaller groups to work on the actual drafting. We will be working from a fictional fact pattern, so please make sure you read it ahead of time. Ideally you could work with two screens so you can have zoom up on one screen and your draft materials on the other. Having two screens is not imperative. At the end of this session, you should feel more confident in assisting clients to draft applications in provincial court.
