Please join us for this panel presentation of interesting welfare cases and decisions from the past year.  We will look:at three reconsideration decisions and submissions:  an administative underpayment, section 10 cut off raising accomodation arguments, and crisis supplement; an EAAT decision about an administrative underpayment, and an interesting initial application by someone who was also executor of an estate. Keep an eye on Sched for supporting documents for the cases (submissions and decisions)  which will be uploaded there.
